EverGreen Mobile
EverGreen Mobile is designed to maximize technician efficiency for residential or commercial services while reducing administrative time spent in the office. EverGreen Mobile allows technicians to access scheduled service orders from the field, record detailed service information about a service area, print service orders and detailed inspection reports on-site, record client signatures and process credit card payments with our PCI DSS and PA DSS (PABP) compliant mobile credit card reader. Data can be synced from anywhere with a WiFi connection, eliminating the need for technicians to travel to the office to pick up and drop off paperwork, and greatly reducing the amount of time spent posting work.
Lawn Program Management
EverGreen’s lawn program management feature is designed specifically for lawn care services, allowing you to set up various recurring and seasonal services all on one screen. EverGreen allows you to create custom service scheduling based on eligible date ranges or offset days as well as custom billing schedules. Create default service templates for all of your different lawn care packages and modify them by customer if needed. EverGreen makes setting up even the most complex service package simple!
Price by Measurement
EverGreen’s Price by Measurement allows you to set up different default pricing structures for different units of measure. For each price chart, you can set a base price, unit price and a minimum and maximum price. Price by Measurement allows you to create different pricing structures based on branch, date range or commercial or residential location type. Once the one-time price chart set up is complete, customer service representatives can easily input service and measurement for a location and EverGreen will calculate service price. Based on user access level, default pricing can be overridden at the location level and % or dollar value discounts can be applied on the fly.
Advanced Scheduling
EverGreen features an easy to use graphical appointment calendar and QuickScheduler to make scheduling service fast and efficient. The QuickScheduler allows you to see the best time slot for a recurring service or individual appointment based on geographical location. Our new dispatch module features integrated mapping, drag and drop capability, a list of recently schedule appointments as well as a clipboard feature and can be accessed from any browser. In conjunction with our route optimization solutions, EverGreen’s advanced scheduling tools are designed to keep your business running at maximum efficiency while helping to reduce operating costs.
GPS & Route Optimization
We offer a variety of industry-leading workforce management solutions to increase the efficiency of your field force. Our newly redesigned Visual Route Manager module uses Google Maps technology, allowing you to quickly create the most efficient routes possible.
EverGreen’s GPS Vehicle Tracking features an integrated, fully functional GPS dashboard that provides vehicle history and route comparison reporting. The integrated data feed to Garmin GPS units in each vehicle allows you to send routing information and messages to technicians in the field right through Evergreen.
Our new route optimization solution allows Evergreen customers the ability to reorder scheduled work daily or over a multi-day period. Evergreen will suggest optimal times for new appointments based on time, day and other schedule or service constraints, saving office time and improving route efficiency.
Invoicing & Payment Processing
EverGreen features powerful accounting tools designed to minimize data entry time and streamline invoice & payment posting. EverGreen also allows you to export accounting information to General Ledger software.
